By purchasing and participating in the 24-Hour Manifesting Intensive (“the Intensive”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Support

This is a high-touch, mindset and energetics-based coaching experience. It includes:

  • A 90-minute private session via Zoom (or agreed-upon platform), and

  • 24 hours of ongoing text/voice support (via WhatsApp, iMessage, or similar) beginning immediately after the session concludes.

2. Disclaimer

I, Hannah Summerhill, am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. This Intensive is not therapy, mental health care, or medical treatment. It is a coaching experience rooted in personal development, energetics, and manifestation principles.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in need of psychological support, please consult a licensed professional.

3. Client Responsibility

Transformation is a co-creation. While I will bring my full energy, tools, and guidance to this experience, your participation, presence, and personal responsibility are essential.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes during and after the Intensive. I do not guarantee any specific results, as outcomes are dependent on your personal implementation and energy.

4. Confidentiality

Everything shared during the session and throughout the 24-hour window will be held in strict confidence, unless disclosure is required by law. Likewise, I ask that you respect my intellectual property, tools, and processes shared within the Intensive.

5. No Refunds

Due to the personalized, time-based nature of this experience, all sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be granted. Please purchase with intention and clarity.

6. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your Intensive, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the session without refund.
